With over two decades of invaluable contributions to the Real Estate sector, Yumana possesses a deep understanding of the industry. Her areas of expertise include capacity structuring, transaction liability, complex property placements, and catastrophe modeling.

Prior to joining NextStar Ventures, Yumana held leadership positions at esteemed organizations, including Odessa Inc., where she served as Managing Director for the Florida region. She also played a pivotal role as Executive Vice President and Commercial Lines Practice Leader in the International Division at ProserCA Services. Yumana's journey includes serving as Senior Vice President at Astra Marketing USA and Opus Developments.

In her most recent role as Partner for Client Development at Odessa Investments, Yumana focused on achieving positive client outcomes, showcasing her commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
